Payment Processing
Mzinyi does not collect payments directly. All transactions are processed through third-party partners such as Safaricom M-Pesa and bank partners such as KCB.
Available payment options may include M-Pesa paybill and bank transfers.
Users must only pay through official channels on the Mzinyi App or official Mzinyi websites.
Unofficial Channels
Mzinyi assumes no responsibility for losses incurred through unofficial agents, unofficial payment links, private numbers, or channels that are not provided on the official Mzinyi App or official websites.
Before Closing a Ticket
Users are advised to check goods carefully before closing a ticket. Once a ticket is closed, further aftersale review may be limited by the applicable return and refund rules.
Payment Methods
M-Pesa: This is the recommended payment method. Users should confirm their phone number, follow the official payment prompt, and enter their M-Pesa PIN to complete payment.
Refunds for M-Pesa payments are typically returned to the original payment channel within 24 hours after refund approval and processing.
Security and Transaction Rules
- Order cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled when the order status is "OPEN". Once an order is confirmed during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds: Damaged or wrong items are only eligible for refunds if returned within 7 days.
