The seller reviews the aftersale request within 48 hours.
7 Days
Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of signing for the parcel.
Return Application
Users must first apply for aftersale online and wait for the seller to review the request within 48 hours before attempting to return any product.
Returns cannot be processed while an application is pending or if the application is rejected.
Please do not send, drop off, or ship the product before your aftersale request has been accepted.
Approved Return Methods
Once the return application is accepted, the return must be initiated within 3 days using one of the approved methods below.
- Send the item to an agreed drop point.
- Schedule a door-to-door collection.
- Ship the item using used courier providers.
Eligibility
Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of signing for the parcel and only when the product is in good condition, unused, and has intact packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or if the wrong item was sent.
Size changes, preference changes, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted for these orders.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 7 days after the returned item passes quality verification.
Mobile money refunds are often issued within 24 hours after the returned item passes quality verification.
Transport and Delivery Fees
The transport cost for the returned product is not charged to the customer if the return is approved.
The original delivery fee is refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Required Courier Information
For courier returns, customers must provide the courier name and waybill number accurately.
If incorrect courier details are submitted, the customer may be required to promptly update the information through the Mzinyi agent handling the request.
